WDWInfo posted this amazing point of view video on Radiator Springs Racers. I am floored by the level of detail and by those incredible animatronics. It is just plain cool. Can’t wait to see it for real.

@AdamBritten The whole redo of DCA is something to behold. They turned a joke of a park into something incredible. The theming is top notch. I am interested to see what test track looks like after it's major re-theming that is happening right now. I am sure they will use some of what they learned building Racers with the same ride tech.
Zach Sears Oh definitely. And honestly, I'd like them to do the same "re-launch" to Walt Disney Studios (in Paris) that they did to DCA. That park is often referred to as one of the worst Disney parks in the world, but I think with just a few additions, it'd be a top contendor. Once they finish the Ratatouille ride, I think all they'd need is the mini Star Wars land you wrote about in another post, and it's easily be a fully stocked park.
But back to DCA, I think this revamp will do a lot for their numbers. The only time I visited Disneyland California (other than when I was a child) was a couple years ago, so I've only seen it in transition mode. I'm very excited to see it as a finished product, although I'm sure it will be busy.
AdamBritten The Paris Walt DIsney Studios has got to be embarrassing for them. I mean they have Crushes Coaster and that is really the only thing interesting. They tried to add more rides with the terrible Toy Story land but I think that was a misstep. After that the next thing I would revamp is Epcot Future World. I am glad they are revamping test track, but it wasn't really neccasary. Imagination needs a complete gutting, energy needs something done, and they still have an entire pavilion that just sits empty for most of the year.
Zach Sears Whoops - I just realized that I claimed "Mini Star Wars Land" would fit in Walt DIsney Studios, when I now realize if it did go to Paris, it'd be in Disneyland Park. Pardon me.
Crush's Coaster is one of my favorite rides in any Disney park, but I agree, Toy Story land doesn't really appeal to me (although it's usually a more crowded section of the park.)
And although I'd love to see more countries added to World Showcase, or some love for Future World, I still think of all the american parks the Animal Kingdom is most in need of love. I am of the camp that doesn't want Avatar Land to be canceled. I think that would be brilliant.
AdamBritten I would love new countries but I don't think that should be a priority there, it isn't really necessary. I do think Animal Kingdom needs a ton but I didn't mention it because I think Avatar is gonna be a pretty big deal. I really doubt it will be canceled. I think that is just a outspoken lie/dream for the vocal Avatar haters online. Disney reaffirms it is still coming every time someone asks. I really hope we see some concept art soon!
Also, I love the Toy Story movies but I think that land just looks so cheap. Hopefully the Ratatouille ride will be cool.
That really is pretty amazing. Even though many people liken it to "West Coast Test Track," I still think this ride proves its worth as an incredible standalone attraction. I can't wait to come down to DCA and see it, along with the rest of Cars Land!
